My obsession with circles took over every aspect of my wedding. Everything echoed the circle theme. From round Japanese style lanterns hung in the reception hall, to the hand stamped invitations, circles were everywhere. The circles in the necklaces are individually hand forged and then soldered together and linked with 5 different types of chain. The 5 of us have been best friends for many years and I chose to use 5 different types of chain to represent what each woman brings to the relationship. The chain is a literal device demonstrating the strength we all bring to each others lives. The chain holds the necklace together, much like your girlfriends help hold you together, and make you what you are.
