SHIPPING INFORMATION

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We ship via USPS.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of order placement and shipped USPS Priority Mail for $8 (domestic), or USPS First Class International for $18.

Domestic shipping typically arrives within 1-3 days.

International usually takes about two weeks to arrive, but can take up to 3 or 4 weeks depending on how long a package is held in customs. Recipient is responsible for any import taxes or fees.

Wholesale orders will be shipped within 3 - 4 weeks of placement via USPS Priority Mail.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships.

WE RECEIVED AN ORDER WITH MISSING/DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS; WHAT DO I DO?

Oh shoot, I hate when that happens! Here’s how I’ll work to make it right.

Missing items

If you receive an order that is missing items, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the order. We will get the correct items on their way asap.

Damaged/Defective

Ship happens 😉 If your shipment is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is not in sellable condition, please contact us within 7 business days and provide the following information:

Order # 

Photos of Item(s) damaged + quantities needing replaced

Photos of shipment box (if damaged)

That’s it! We’ll do the hard part to file the claim with the carrier and get the new order or replacement item(s) on the way as quickly as possible. 

A SHIPMENT IS MISSING OR WAS STOLEN; WILL YOU REPLACE IT?

While rare, we know there are porch pirates out there. If your shipment is stolen, please notify us immediately so we can work to get a claim started on our end and replace your order. If for some reason we can’t fully replace it, we’ll offer you an additional discount on a re-order. Claims must be filed within 30 days of shipment date per carrier requirements.

EXCHANGES + RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY?

We hope you love the items we make by hand for you. In the event that it's not what you wanted, let us know via email within 7 days of receiving your order, explaining what you need, and we will figure out a way to help.

If you've ordered the incorrect size, I'm happy to get your jewelry perfect for you. In the instance that return shipping is required, the customer will be responsible for the charges.

When returning items, please package them in a box and provide ample padding to protect the pieces during shipment. Rebekah J. Designs will not be responsible for inadequately packaged items or items damaged during shipment in any way. I have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. I am not responsible for tracking your return, and are unable to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages.

If you purchased your item from one of my retailers, please contact them directly for their return policies. We cannot exchange or return any items bought from one of my retailers.

BRASS

It truly is an incredible and beautiful metal. Akin to sterling silver in how it acts, brass is similar in color to 10k gold but at a fraction of the cost!  Here is a link to a live chat all about brass and what to expect on IG. SILVER

All of the RJD pieces are available in nickel free Sterling Silver as well, which is always a classic choice for jewelry. It's a great compliment to brass - equally reflective and perfectly contrasting.

CARE + CLEANING

Brass and Sterling both are very easy to care for. I recommend cleaning with a sunshine polishing cloth, or with Bar Keepers Friend for tough cleaning.
