METALS
All our jewelry is nickle free.
BRASS
It truly is an incredible and beautiful metal. Akin to sterling silver in how it acts, brass is similar in color to 10k gold but at a fraction of the cost! SILVER
All of the RJD pieces are available in nickel free Sterling Silver as well, which is always a classic choice for jewelry. It's a great compliment to brass - equally reflective and perfectly contrasting.
SIZING
We recommend getting your finger sized at a local jeweler or, if you’re local to Seattle, coming into the studio to be sized.
As a second best option, we offer a free ring sizing kit which can be purchased here.
Something to keep in mind when getting your size is fingers can change depending on temperature and can swell with salt or alcohol intake. Everyone is different but it’s something to be mindful of. Please read our blog about finding the right size.
We do not charge for minor size adjustments of our Fashion Jewelry. However the customer is responsible for shipping both ways when the incorrect size is ordered.
If you have a special sizing request like quarter sizes please leave a note at checkout.
CARE + CLEANING
Brass and Sterling both are very easy to care for. I recommend cleaning with a sunshine polishing cloth, or with Bar Keepers Friend for tough cleaning.

REPAIRS + WARRANTY
All fashion jewelry has a 90 day warranty. I will repair or replace any piece due to manufacturing defect complimentary within this window. proof of date of purchase is required. After the 90 day window we offer repairs for a small fee. Customer is responsible for shipping cost both ways.

FINE JEWELRY
METALS
All of our fine jewelry is made using solid 14k gold.
DIAMONDS
All of the white diamonds we use are high quality lab grown. Meaning they are cultivated in a lab vs mined from the earth. They are identical to a natural diamond in every way except for the origin.
REPAIRS + WARRANTY
All fine jewelry has a one year warranty. We offer complimentary repairs for manufacturing defects within this window — proof of purchase date is required. Any diamonds or gemstones over .5ct are not covered under the warranty and should be added to an insurance policy. After one year, we will repair any Rebekah J. piece for its lifetime at cost. Customer is responsible for shipping fees.
FINE JEWELRY RETURNS
Because each fine jewelry piece is made just for you, they are final sale. Consider ordering one of our free ring sizer kits, or having a local jeweler size you prior to checking out so you can be sure to order the correct size.
If the wrong size was ordered, we offer resizing for $50.
We stand by the quality of our jewelry so if you are not satisfied please reach out and we will do everything we can to make it right.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships.

WE RECEIVED AN ORDER WITH MISSING/DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS; WHAT DO I DO?
Oh shoot, I hate when that happens! Here’s how I’ll work to make it right.
Missing items
If you receive an order that is missing items, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the order. We will get the correct items on their way asap.
Damaged/Defective
Ship happens 😉 If your shipment is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is not in sellable condition, please contact us within 7 business days and provide the following information:
Order #
Photos of Item(s) damaged + quantities needing replaced
Photos of shipment box (if damaged)
That’s it! We’ll do the hard part to file the claim with the carrier and get the new order or replacement item(s) on the way as quickly as possible.
A SHIPMENT IS MISSING OR WAS STOLEN; WILL YOU REPLACE IT?
While rare, we know there are porch pirates out there. If your shipment is stolen, please notify us immediately so we can work to get a claim started on our end and replace your order. If for some reason we can’t fully replace it, we’ll offer you an additional discount on a re-order. Claims must be filed within 30 days of shipment date per carrier requirements.
EXCHANGES + RETURNS
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY?
We hope you love the items we make by hand for you. In the event that it's not what you wanted, let us know via email within 7 days of receiving your order, explaining what you need, and we will figure out a way to help.
If you've ordered the incorrect size, I'm happy to get your jewelry perfect for you. In the instance that return shipping is required, the customer will be responsible for the charges.
When returning items, please package them in a box and provide ample padding to protect the pieces during shipment. Rebekah J. Designs will not be responsible for inadequately packaged items or items damaged during shipment in any way. I have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. I am not responsible for tracking your return, and are unable to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages.

If you purchased your item from one of my retailers, please contact them directly for their return policies. We cannot exchange or return any items bought from one of my retailers.
